Quail Stir-Fry with Vegetables

Perfect for: A light, healthy weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb quail meat (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Toss quail meat in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Let sit 10–15 min.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan.
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Add quail meat and stir-fry 3–4 min.
  5. Add vegetables and stir-fry another 3–4 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender and meat is cooked.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
