Ingredients:
- 1 lb quail meat (boneless, skinless breast and thigh pieces)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season quail meat with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
- Add quail meat and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
