Garlic Butter Quail Bites

Perfect for: A quick skillet appetizer or tapas-style meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb quail meat (boneless, skinless breast and thigh pieces)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Season quail meat with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Add quail meat and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
