Ingredients:
- 1 lb quail meat (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Toss quail meat in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Let sit 10–15 min.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add quail meat and stir-fry 3–4 min.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry another 3–4 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender and meat is cooked.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
